Dispatch & Delivery Time

  • Unstitched/Semi-Stitched Dresses: Shipped within 14 days.
  • Custom-Fitted Dresses: Shipped within 20 days.
  • We strive to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Services

  • We partner with FedEx, DHL, and other reputable courier services to ship to almost any address worldwide.
  • Delivery time depends on your location and chosen shipping method:
    • Express Shipping: Delivered within 3–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
    • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7–10 working days.
  • Dispatch Time: Most orders are dispatched from our workshop in India within the specified timeframes. However, in rare cases where delays occur due to product suppliers, partners, or wholesalers, we will inform you promptly.
  • Responsibility for Delays: While we aim to deliver your order on time, Traditionally Styled cannot be held responsible for delays during transit. If we anticipate any delays, we will notify you and offer an alternative product or a refund.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address.
  • During checkout, once you add your delivery address, all available shipping methods along with their charges will be displayed for you to choose from before making payment.
  • Special Promotions: Shipping costs and delivery times may vary during promotional periods. Any changes will be clearly outlined in the terms of the promotion.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Our goods are made and shipped from India. For international deliveries, import duties and taxes may apply once the package reaches your destination.
  • Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you, as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts.
  • Customs Policies: Policies vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further details.
  • Compliance: When ordering from us, you are considered the importer and are responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Privacy: Your privacy is important to us. Please note that cross-border deliveries may be subject to inspection and opening by customs authorities, and information about your order may be shared with them.
